Deep structural work for skin that has lost its support

Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy. It reaches the deeper layers of the skin to stimulate collagen, tighten tissue and remodel how the skin is built. In my cake system, this is the Structure layer: the part that holds everything above it in place.

I offer Morpheus8 in Roseville for the face and the body. It is deeper than a surface treatment, which is why it can work on laxity and texture in the same visit. It is also why I want to see your skin, your health history and your goals before we book anything.

Morpheus8 is for the right candidate, in the hands of the right provider. At your consult I will tell you honestly whether it is the right next step or whether something else should come first.

Structure layer, Plan B: Rebuild

Morpheus8 sits in Structure, inside Plan B (Rebuild). Collagen responds to repeated signal, so it is usually one part of a sequence. It pairs with a surface treatment first, such as IPL or PRX, and a recovery step after.

What to expect from Morpheus8

01

Consult

We review your health history, look at your skin and decide whether Morpheus8 fits your goals. I will ask about a pacemaker or metal implants, blood thinners, keloid scarring and active skin infections.

02

Prepare

You stop retinoids and acids 5 days before and avoid sun and tanning for 2 weeks. You arrive with clean, makeup-free skin.

03

Treatment

Numbing cream is applied at the office, then the treatment is done on the face or body area we planned.

04

The first days

Redness, swelling and small micro-scabs are normal for 3 to 5 days. Gentle products and daily mineral SPF 30+ are all your skin needs while it heals.

05

Build

Results build progressively over about 3 months. A series of treatments is typically recommended.

Combination plan

The 3-Step Skin Renewal

Correct, rebuild, recover. A layered approach designed to improve tone, strengthen structure and support healing for more complete results.

Step 1: Correct

IPL or PRX

Both target pigmentation, redness and uneven tone, restoring clarity at the surface.

Step 2: Rebuild

Morpheus8

Stimulates collagen and remodels deeper layers, tightening and improving skin structure.

Step 3: Recover and enhance

PDGF or Exosome Therapy

Supports healing, reduces inflammation and enhances results by improving the skin’s regenerative response.

Each step builds on the next. Surface concerns, deeper structure and recovery are all addressed, so the plan is more balanced and efficient than a single treatment.

Memberships

Foundation ($98 a month), Elevate ($149) and Transform ($289) bank monthly credit toward the care you choose and include member pricing. They are optional, and care à la carte is always welcome.

Sarah Sanchez with the InMode platform
How much does Morpheus8 cost in Roseville, CA?

Each treatment is priced by area: face and neck $1,000, chest $500, small body area $1,500, large body area $1,750, the sweat confidence treatment $600 and scar treatment $500. A series of 3 is typically recommended, and members save 15% when they buy a series for the same area. Care à la carte is always welcome.

How many Morpheus8 sessions will I need?

A series of 3 treatments is typically recommended, and results build progressively over about 3 months. Your plan depends on your skin and goals, and we set it at your consult.

What is the difference between Morpheus8 Face and Morpheus8 Body?

Both use the same core RF microneedling technology. Face is designed for more delicate facial tissue. Body uses larger applicator tips that can reach greater tissue depth, which suits areas like the abdomen, thighs and upper arms, and areas with stretch marks or crepey skin. Tip size, settings and approach change with the area. Body treatments start at $1,000 because of the larger surface area.

How does Morpheus8 compare to other skin tightening treatments like Ultherapy or lasers?

Morpheus8 combines radiofrequency energy with microneedling, delivering heat into the deeper layers of the skin to stimulate collagen remodeling and tissue contraction. Unlike surface lasers, it works through the deeper layers of the skin, so it can address texture and laxity in the same treatment. Compared with Ultherapy, which uses focused ultrasound, Morpheus8 is generally more customizable in depth and energy settings, especially on body areas. We can talk through which fits you at your consult.

Is Morpheus8 safe for darker skin tones?

Morpheus8 is generally considered appropriate across a range of skin tones. The radiofrequency energy is delivered below the surface rather than through light, which lowers the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation compared with many light-based lasers. I will assess your skin at your consult to confirm it is the right fit and adjust settings.

Can Morpheus8 be combined with other treatments?

Yes. It is commonly paired with wrinkle relaxers for facial rejuvenation, and it fits into the 3-Step Skin Renewal with IPL or PRX first and PDGF or Exosome Therapy afterward. NP Sarah can advise on sequencing and timing so treatments complement each other safely.

Who should not have Morpheus8?

Please do not schedule if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Tell me before treatment about a pacemaker or metal implants, blood thinners, a history of keloid scarring or any active skin infection. I will decide with you whether Morpheus8 is safe and appropriate.

Do memberships apply to Morpheus8?

Members receive member pricing on aesthetic services, and a membership banks monthly credit toward the care you choose. Foundation is $98 a month, Elevate is $149 and Transform is $289, with different commitments and benefits. You never have to join to have a treatment, and I will not pressure you to.

Can Morpheus8 treat the neck, jawline and under-eye area?

Yes, in many cases. Morpheus8 can be planned for the face, neck, jawline and under-eye area, and for the body. Burst and Resurfacing options are available, and I choose the device tip and area with you at your consult after reviewing your skin and goals.
