Home Plans Plan B

Plan B, Rebuild: collagen, laxity and skin quality in Roseville

For laxity, crepey texture, flatness, scarring, pigment and redness. Collagen responds to repeated signal, not one visit.

Staged across three to six months

Does this sound like you?

“My face looks flatter and more tired than it used to.”

“Redness and brown spots, and my tone is uneven.”

“My skin has gone crepey, especially my neck.”

Why this order

Collagen responds to repeated signal, so one visit rarely gets you the result you are picturing. This plan builds structure first, keeps collagen working in between, and saves surface work for when the base is responding. That order is the Structure and Surface layers of the Cake System.

How Plan B runs

Staged across three to six months.

1

Structure built with Sculptra or Morpheus8

Sculptra stimulates your own collagen for structure and firmness. Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency to remodel deeper layers on the face or body. PDGF can support either.

2

PRX by WiQo or microneedling between

Between structure-building sessions, PRX or microneedling keeps collagen working on texture, firmness and glow with minimal downtime.

3

Surface work once the base responds

IPL for redness and brown spots, and peels for tone and texture, once the deeper work is underway.

4

Homecare from day one, not later

Daily SPF and the right products start with your first treatment, because they protect the collagen you are paying to build.

An example: the 3-Step Skin Renewal

One version of Plan B that many patients start with.

Step 1: Correct

IPL or PRX

Targets pigmentation, redness and uneven tone at the surface.

Step 2: Rebuild

Morpheus8

Stimulates collagen and remodels deeper layers.

Step 3: Recover and enhance

PDGF or exosome therapy

Supports healing and the skin’s regenerative response.

What it costs

At the end of your consult the sequence is written out with the price of each step and the total, and you take it home. Nothing is booked unless you want it booked. If the whole plan is more than you want to spend, say so and I will tell you which two steps do most of the work.

Cherry and CareCredit both run here, and memberships include member pricing.

Plan B questions

Text me at (916) 280-0949 if your question isn’t here. I would rather answer it before your visit than have you guess.

Why does Plan B take three to six months?

Collagen responds to repeated signal, not one visit. Treatments like Morpheus8 and microneedling are done as a series, and results keep building for months after each session.

Which comes first, Sculptra or Morpheus8?

It depends on whether you have lost volume, firmness or both. I decide the order with you at your consult, and some plans use both.

Is there a membership for this plan?

Memberships are optional. Foundation is $98 a month, Elevate is $149 and Transform is $289, each with member pricing and a monthly bank toward the care you choose. They are layers of the same connected care system, and care à la carte is always welcome.

The other two plans

Plan A

Inside first

For weight, energy, sleep, cycle or hair changes, especially if you have been told your labs are normal.

Reviewed at six and twelve weeks, mostly by telehealth

Plan C

Stay ahead of it

For expression lines and early changes. Prevention is genuinely cheaper here, and the interval matters more than the product.
