Does this sound like you?
“My weight, energy and hormones all feel off.”
“My hair is thinning and I want it back.”
Why this order
Hormones, metabolism, sleep and nutrition are the foundation layer of the Cake System. If they are off, your skin heals slower and builds collagen slower, and the treatments above this layer do less than they should. So this plan works from the bottom layer up, starting with a long intake and labs when they are clinically appropriate.
How Plan A runs
Reviewed at six and twelve weeks, mostly by telehealth.
1
Long intake, with labs when appropriate
We start with a full evaluation: your medical history, symptoms and a metabolic assessment, plus labs when they are clinically appropriate, so I understand how your body is actually functioning before we change anything.
2
Hormone support where indicated
If your symptoms and history point to it, we start hormone care and adjust it over time. Adjustments are usually made every 6 to 8 weeks, based on how you feel and on follow-up when it is appropriate.
3
Weight management that protects muscle and hair
A medically guided program built around protein, strength training and steady habits, so you can lose fat without losing the muscle that keeps your metabolism working. InBody tracks muscle, body fat and body water.
4
Homecare and supplements
Supplements and hair support chosen with you, with hair restoration added if thinning or shedding is part of the picture.
5
Reviewed at six and twelve weeks
Mostly by telehealth. We look at how you feel and your progress, then adjust the plan rather than starting over.
Treatments in Plan A

Hormone optimization

Weight management

What it costs
At the end of your consult the sequence is written out with the price of each step and the total, and you take it home. Nothing is booked unless you want it booked. If the whole plan is more than you want to spend, say so and I will tell you which two steps do most of the work.
Cherry and CareCredit both run here, and memberships include member pricing.
Plan A questions
Text me at (916) 280-0949 if your question isn’t here. I would rather answer it before your visit than have you guess.
Can I do Plan A by telehealth?
Much of it, yes. Wednesdays are telehealth only, most of the six and twelve week reviews happen by telehealth, and telehealth is available across California.
My labs came back normal. Is this still for me?
Often, yes. This plan is written for people who have been told their labs are normal but still feel off. I look at your symptoms and history alongside any numbers.
Do I have to do every step?
No. You can book a single treatment and I will do it well. The plan shows the order I would recommend, and at your consult I will tell you which steps do most of the work.
The other two plans
Plan B
Rebuild
For laxity, crepey texture, flatness, scarring, pigment and redness. Collagen responds to repeated signal, not one visit.
Staged across three to six months
Plan C
Stay ahead of it
For expression lines and early changes. Prevention is genuinely cheaper here, and the interval matters more than the product.
Three or four touch points a year

Start with Plan A
